It's my Birthday, and I'll smoke if I want to!!
Wow, it's my 46th today.. Hard to believe. It certainly does not feel like I've been on this earth for 46 years. I truly feel like it's only been 30, LOL. No, seriously I feel like I'm still in my early 30's! yes and act that way as well.
I have made many friends in this past year, and recent few years. Maybe some of the best, I've ever had
It's been a great year, actually been a great few years. Some of the best years of my life. in the past year, I was lucky to marry the love of my life...
AND
now not only has she loved me back, but she has given me the greatest gift of my life,
my baby daughter REMY EMANUELLE...

In this past year I started a wonderful new job, with a couple of my closest friends in my industry. I love working with/for them.
So I am going to celebrate my birthday, My life today with all my family, friends & loved ones.
Time for a nice cigar to celebrate...
moe. Tower Theatre Upper Darby, PA 10.09.10
Once again I was blessed to be able to experience another moe. show. My 151st. CRAZY.. 7 more to tie the Grateful Dead.
The show took place at the Tower Theatre in Upper Darby, PA basically it's in Philly. I have not been there in something like 13 plus years, when I saw the Jerry Garcia Band sometime in the mid to late 80's. The Tower is a very cool older theatre similar to the Beacon in NYC, but a bit smaller. The sound was big, it sounded like an arena show. As usual the band played their hearts out. A great mix of old and very new. They played 2 brand new songs which they debuted the night before, A rare but welcomed occurence, playing 2 of the same songs on consecutive nights. One song Paper Dragon was mainly sung by Rob. The other was an Al tune called Downward Facing Dog (I Believe). Both these songs were played every bit as well as tunes that have been in the rotation for years. They have several new tunes since around Summercamp in May. Every one of them seems well written and thought out. I am particularly a big fan of Billy Goat and Puebla(which was played as well as ever in the 2nd set of this show). The setlist included many of my favorites.

I had a temendous night from start to finish. I started out the night at our friend Nicole's restaurant Cosmos in Fairless Hills.http://www.cosmosrestaurant.net/. The food was as delicious as the company. Then it was off to the show. Set break found me backstage once again spending some time with the band and our famoe.ly. Even better I was able to spend part of set break outside smoking a cigar. LOVE MY ALL ACCESS LAMINIATE. After the show, the usual peeps were backstage chattin and wolfing down slices of pizza that Nicole brought from her restaurant. Another late night backstage...
My peeps who were at the show..
Deb, Marley & Madison Amico, Jenn Ritchie, Justin Strauss, Jen & Scott Bernstein, Dr Stan Lobitz and his daughter Carley, Mark Wellins, Nate & Alix McCabe, Nicole Fkiaris, Brendan O'Neil, Marcy D, and of course the Band. Special thanks to Skip & Vinnie for the hookups and great times once again.
